BioMedLaser Corp. is used only for responding to your requests, registering
you for BioMedLaser Corp. Seminars or improving our communications with you. When
you interact with our website, we may collect and store certain types
of automated information. Like many web sites, we sometimes use “cookies” and
we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses
our website.
BioMedLaser Corp. periodically sends a newsletter describing upcoming seminars
and events. We also use email for seminar and training session registration confirmation
and to provide information you may request. If you do not
wish to receive email from us, other than registration notification and
receipts, please advise us by phone or email
Shared Information
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. All information we have regarding our customers is protected. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor or organization.
Refund Policy
BioMedLaser Corp. markets Medical Laser Systems, support material, and training seminars. All purchases include an invoice (contract) with detailed policy statements regarding refunds and returns. We attempt to handle refunds and returns on an equitable basis.
Some seminars have both a registration deposit and final payment. In those cases the deposit may be non-refundable since we are holding a space in class for you. However, the remainder of the payment is refundable should the applicant need to cancel. Please advise of any cancellations as early as possible so we can fill your spot. In the event there are delays in processing a refund, don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or email. When possible we will attempt to accommodate students who miss seminars by placing them in future sessions on a space available basis.
